Hello

I’m Kieran, 32 years old and grew up in Edenbridge. I’m a proud dad to my 6-year-old daughter, who keeps life busy, fun, and always grounded in what really matters.

I’ve always had a strong interest in sport and staying active. I’m a big football fan and a Liverpool supporter, and I also enjoy playing golf whenever I get the chance. I work out regularly, and more recently I’ve gotten into boxing and hockey, which I’ve really enjoyed.

My Story

Meet Kieran

My career originally began in finance, but deep down I never truly felt fulfilled in that industry. In 2024, I was made redundant and instead of seeing it as a setback, I took it as a sign to step into something completely new- something I was genuinely passionate about.

I’ve always had a strong interest in sports, fitness, recovery, and overall wellbeing. I was also someone who regularly benefited from massage treatments myself, which really opened my eyes to how powerful hands-on therapy can be for both physical performance and everyday wellbeing. This led me to retrain as a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist.

Since beginning this journey, I haven’t looked back. I’ve continued to develop my skills by training in IASTM and Cupping Therapy, and I’m always looking to expand my knowledge further with new qualifications and techniques. I’m passionate about constantly learning so I can offer the best possible treatments and outcomes for my clients.

My focus is on helping people move better, recover faster, reduce pain, and feel more confident in their bodies, whether they’re athletes, gym-goers, or simply dealing with everyday tension and stress.

In 2026, my wife and I will be taking on a new clinic together. It’s a really exciting next step for us both, combining our skills in sports therapy and holistic treatments to create a space focused on recovery, relaxation, and overall wellbeing.

I’m incredibly grateful for the path I’ve taken and genuinely enjoy what I do every day. Helping people feel better in their bodies is something I take real pride in, and I’m excited for what the future holds.
