Buying a Voucher

Do you have a loved one who adores massage or could use a little extra self-care? Our gift vouchers make a thoughtful present for birthdays, anniversaries, or simply to show someone you care.

We only offer online vouchers.

When buying a voucher, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions:

1. Voucher Validity

Vouchers are valid for [e.g., 6 months] from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
The expiry date is printed on each voucher and cannot be extended.
Expired vouchers will not be accepted or reissued.

2. Booking and Redemption

Vouchers are redeemable with Cathy at Holistic Hub. They cannot be used with any other self-employed therapist.
Advance booking is required. Please mention your voucher at the time of booking and present it at your appointment. Please factor this into the expiry date.
Bookings are subject to availability.

3. Usage Limitations

Vouchers are valid for the service(s) specified on the voucher only.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase products or other gift vouchers.
No refunds or credits will be given for unused voucher value if the full amount is not redeemed.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or loyalty programs unless specified.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

At least 72 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or failure to show up may result in the voucher being forfeited.
We reserve the right to refuse service for repeated no-shows or misuse of vouchers.
