Terms and Conditions

As a professional establishment, the safety and comfort of myself and my staff is of utmost importance. Any antisocial behaviour that does not comply with our policy will result in the immediate termination of your appointment. Should any harassment occur, the police will be contacted, and a report will be filed. We take these matters very seriously and will not tolerate any form of misconduct within our premises.

 

Booking fee:

You must pay a non-refundable booking fee when booking your treatment, this is non-refundable even in the case of a cancellation. You may transfer this deposit if you move your treatment outside of 72 hours notice. Any treatments rebooked automatically pay a deposit towards your next treatment.

 

Cancellation:

I understand booking fees are non refundable when booking. I understand I can only reschedule appointment outside of 72 hours notice. Anything less will result in your losing booking fee and full treatment cost will be taken.

 

Payment methods:

Acceptable payment methods: Cash or Card. No bank transfer and please bring the correct cash with you as we may not have change available.

 

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule outside of 72 hours notice. Anything within this time frame may result in losing booking fee and paying full treatment cost. I understand the treatment I have booked is confirmed and the length of time cannot be altered or will be considered a partial cancellation.

 

Late Arrival:

I understand that it is my responsibility to be on time to all appointments, and that my treatment may be cut short or not go ahead at all if I am running late. We advice you arrive 5-10 mins before treatment time to factor in road works/ getting lost. However, you may not be let in before your treatment start time. Please allow extra time to arrive to your appointment if there is wind, rain or snow to allow your safe arrival.

 

Contraindications:

On your consultation form you agree to keep us up to date with any medical changes. It is your responsibility to check you are suitable for your treatment and to make us aware. You may have to switch treatments. Pre-treatment consultation: You must fill in a form before your first treatment with us, any changes going forward must be updated on your form via Fresha and you agree to tell us verbally.

 

Inappropriate behaviour:

You agree to wear underwear and understand that failure to wear underwear will result in the treatment not going ahead. You agree to not make any inappropriate remarks, requests or actions. You agree that if you make any of our therapists feel uncomfortable at any point that the treatment will not go ahead and police will be informed. You agree to remain kind at all times and failure to do so will result in treatment not going ahead. Therapist's rights: We have the right to refuse treatment or terminate a session if deemed necessary due to client behaviour, health concerns, or other circumstances.

 

Client responsibilities:

Expectations for your behaviour have been stated, including respecting boundaries, avoiding inappropriate behaviour, and maintaining good hygiene. Also to update on any medical changes. On booking I have checked my therapist is correct and my treatment and time is correct. Any rescheduling, the system may allocate you a new therapist so please check this is correct. Kieran is self employed and treatments cannot be switched.

 

Unforeseen Events:

Provisions for unforeseen events that may impact the ability to provide services (e.g., weather, illness, natural disasters, staff sickness, staff leaving).

You may be given another therapist should your therapist no longer be available. This is a reminder that whilst you may request a therapist, you are booking in with the company "Big Feet Little Feet" and not the therapist themself. 

We reserve the right to cancel an appointment in the case of inclement weather if it jeopardises the safety of our therapists. If we see fit to open in the case of a weather issue such as wind, rain or snow then the cancellation policy still applies. In the case of rain- you may hear this during your treatment. Unfortunately this is out of our control and not reason for a cancellation or refund. Please allow extra time to arrive to your appointment if there is wind, rain or snow to allow your safe arrival. Failure to arrive to your treatment whether it is lateness or cancellation may result in your treatment being moved into another therapists column at the soonest availability (subject to availability). This is to help us run as smoothly as possible and to keep our timings correct. From time to time dependant on time of day or year you may hear the occasional plane. Whilst we do our best to avoid this, this is not within our control and not reason for refund under any circumstances. Whilst we do our best to keep noise levels at a minimum, please appreciate we cannot control all noise disturbances and this is not within our control or reason for refund.
